Life Drawings

Created using 2H, HB and H pencils on white A4 paper.

This sketch is of my mum Dianne Hadlett whilst she is lying down upon our sofa in her dressing gown. I've tried to display the creases in the leather and the wrinkles of the dressing gown similarly whilst instilling the shape and form correctly. In my opinion I think the differences between the two materials is present in the sketch and that the anatomy of the human form could be improved,  although the form is quite accurate to the way she was actually positioned.

Whilst in a life drawing session in University, I had the opportunity to draw a nude female model of roughly 30 yrs of age. Here are two poses that took me roughly 15-20mins each to produce using HB and 2H pencils on white A4 paper.
